Is my booking fully confirmed once I receive a quote? +

No. A quote is an estimate based on the trip details provided at the time of request. Your reservation is fully confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation email with trip details and pricing.

Do prices include taxes and gratuity? +

Generally, yes unless your corporate account specifies otherwise.  Pricing listed on your confirmation reflects estimated charges based on your itinerary.  It breaks down items such as recommended gratuity and any taxes.  Additional items such as wait time, parking, tolls, or extra stops may affect the final total.
